Turret Winders

Turret winders are available from Mark One Machinery. There are single turret winders as well as dual turret winders. Some features that make our turret winders better include:

Slitters that are accessible while the winder is running
Web paths that are exactly the same for both turrets in dual turret winders
Design of indexing gear for the dual turret winders that limits turret movement to 15 thousandths of an inch
Winder controls and calibration done via touch screen, eliminating the need for separate calibration of each drive.

Single Turret Winders

Our single turret winders include the following models:

34" GEC Single Turret Winders Model 147: produces 48" diameter rolls.
50" GEC Single Turret Winders Model 147: produces 40" diameter rolls.
52" Parkinson Single Turret Winders: produces 24" diameter rolls.
64" Sano Single Turret Winders Model #STN69270: produces 35" diameter rolls.
62" Gloucester Model 111 Single Turret Winders.

Dual Turret Winders

Our dual turret winders are available with 24" or 30" diameter roll capabilities with secondary nip, auto cut, lay on rolls, bowed rolls, tapeless static transfer, slitter assembly, dancers, and taper tension. They also have Process Logic Control (PLC) accessed via a touch screen. Our dual turret winders include:

54" Brampton dual turret winders: produces 24" diameter rolls.
86" GEC dual turret winders Model #124: produces 24" OD rolls
54" Gloenco dual turret winders Model 135: produces 30" diameter rolls.
