2007 Reifenhauser Cast Film Line

80" Wide Reifenhauser Co-Extrusion Cast Film System

Used 80" wide Reifenhauser co-extrusion cast film line previously used to manufacture medical grade plastic sheet used in the manufacturing of medical IV bags from LDPE and PP plastic pellets in a clean room environment.

Installed new in 2007.

Consisting of the following:

• (3) Unadyne plastic pellet hopper unloading stations with Pelletron vacuum unloading system and cyclone separator.

• 120MM Reifenhauser Model RT3201-1-120-30D single screw extruder. serial# 01885354, non-vented barrel, 204 KW AC main drive motor, 480 volt, 3 phase, 1900 RPM input, 14.599:1 gearbox ratio, 130 out RPM output, electrically heated, air cooled barrel, with rotary screen changer and vacuum loader.

• 60MM Reifenhauser Model RT501-1-60-30D single screw extruder. serial # 01865423, non-vented barrel, 70 KW AC main drive motor, 480 volt, 3 phase, 2700 RPM input, 11.793:1 gearbox ratio, 229 RPM output, electrically heated air cooled barrel, with rotary screen changer and vacuum loader.

• Mann + Hummel pro tech centrifugal filter.

• 3 ton Kone single girder overhead bridge crane.

• Portable mandrel transfer cart.

• 78” Flexlip sheet die, R bar, with heater control panel.

• Beckhoff Automation 15” Accutouch operator control panel.

• 80" wide Reifenhauser chilled roll stand, Model AF-G-01/12000-2, serial # 01862591, with (1)80” x 30" diameter and (2) 80” x 12" diameter chilled rolls, with rotary unions.

• NDC Center Web in motion process sheet thickness measuring system.

• Reifenhauser Model UFA 111 2000-01 Film winder, with knife edge triming. serial # 01862601.

• Kluin Romak Type WH400-2450 FPM roll transfer machine. serial # 941127-1.

• REM roll slitter rewind system, with Model 4440.15, serial # M28-12.01, unwind slitter, adjustable knives, with pneumatic adjustment, edge trim take up reels, (2) unwind stands and two position dual turret dual station winder.
