line originally equipped with 4 extruders:

A-180mm, B-100mm, C-100mm, D-60mm

max line speed 350m/min

The winder: 112' finished width, up to 32' diameter with a 6" core, max roll weight for 3'" shaft about 1200lbs 6" no weight limit just diameter, both 6"(3) and 3" shafts (4) , Blade holders for inline slit up 14 cut positions but more could be added to rail if desired. Also includes cart and shaft puller.

The die:  3100mm (122") width with a coat hanger shaped cavity, Adjustable thermo bolts, compatible with automatic lip adjustment systems, comes with vacuum box on winder direction side. vacuum box blower and controls included.

Casting cart section: 3100mm casting section with cooling rolls, 2 adjustable cleaning rolls and edge trimming section. Also included Is an Air knife system. air knife blower and control included.

also included are 3 different texture cast rolls , a heavy texture, light texture and double polish.

Feedblock: 5-layer REIcofeed  feedblock with adjustable "finger" profilers for layer control, also junction box/channel pack section above.

we have 3 different channel packs, our most common is B-D-A-D-C(unpictured being used currently), an asymmetrical A-A-B-D-C and     B-C-A-C-D.
