One (1) used Davis Standard model 45IN45 extruder. S/N L3205. Shop order 03642. Extruder has 30:1 L/D ratio with a six (6) zone electrically heated, air cooled, and non-vented barrel at a 42″ center-line. Gearbox has a reduction ratio of 17.39:1 and is rated at 321 HP at a service of 1.5. Gearbox is belt driven by a 150 HP D/C motor. Offered less temperature control panel and SCR. Gearbox cooling with pump and heat exchanger. Screen changer with hydraulic power pack is mounted on the extruder discharge. Manufactured 1/1991. Last used on PP biax line
