30" Stanford Slitter Rewinder - REFURBISHED EXAMPLE

We did the following refurbishments for our customer:

• Replaced spindle drives
• Replaced tracking roll drive
• Supplied 30" nip with 2 HP AC vector drive
• Supplied new slitter control panel with PLC
• Supplied ultrasonic sensor to calculate roll diameter
• Re-geared machine for 1000 feet/min
• Replaced phenolic drive gears on driven rollers
• Replaced all bearings on the slitter
• Recovered grooved rubber tracking rolls
• Stripped clean and painted slitter
