This winder was built in 2002

• originally calibrated to run 350 FPM max.
• power 460VAC, 30 Amp, 3 phase
• tension, taper tension controlled by electronic pressure regulators (E/P)
• winder automatically follows the “line speed reference signal” 0-10VDC = 0-350 FPM

(usually signal coming from primary nip drive)

No manual speed control.

• each spindle driven by individual motor, automatic start/stop during the index/transfer cycle.
• Has static elimination bars
• Winder has auto-cut by flip knife in one direction (treat out direction) and originally equipped with static transfer
• Winder has standalone secondary nip 
• missing bowed roll on top turret
• 2 x 3" winding shafts included
