This winder was built in 2002

- originally calibrated to run 350 FPM max.
- power 460VAC, 30 Amp, 3 phase
- tension, taper tension controlled by electronic pressure regulators (E/P)
- winder automatically follows the “line speed reference signal” 0-10VDC = 0-350 FPM

(usually signal coming from primary nip drive)

No manual speed control.

- each spindle driven by individual motor, automatic start/stop during the index/transfer cycle.
- Has static elimination bars
- Winder has auto-cut by flip knife in one direction (treat out direction) and originally equipped with static transfer
- Winder has standalone secondary nip
- missing bowed roll on top turret
- 2 x 3" winding shafts included
