HPM 4.5" 30:1 extruder

Used 4.5" HPM 30/1 L/D vented/plugged extruder, Model TMIII, new 1995. Has electrically heated water cooled barrel and includes temperature control panel. Has approximately 6" x 6" top center feed throat. Includes (2) screws (1 may be 2-stage), screw pusher, 250 hp Powertech brushless DC motor with Powertech SCR control. 460 volt AC input. Extruder includes Lufkin gear reducer with 13.9/1 gear ratio, model DV235E-811, serial #10440, Order #847275. Gearbox is rated at 510 hp with 2.55 application factor, and application power 200 hp. Includes gearbox heat exchanger for cooling, but no pump. Last run ABS.
