Used 48" Wide Sheet Line Consisting Of:

(1) Black Clawson 6" diameter single screw extruder, model 600 EXTR, approximate 24:1 L/D ratio, electrically heated, water cooled non-vented approximate 5 zone barrel with pump, tank and heat exchanger. Water cooled feed. Driven by a 250hp, 460 volt, 1780 rpm motor thru a Flender gearbox, ratio 14.175 to 1. Approximate 44" centerline height. Serial# 2498, order# L15229600. Control panels and PLC panel.

Process Control XL Series gravimetric continuous blender feed system with controller.

(1) Maag Extrex gear pump, model EX70, serial# 50141229/0020, built 2015. Driven by a 10hp gearmotor, mounted on a stand. (

1) Sterling 24KW temperature control unit, model M2B2016-U1, serial# 34J0409.

(1) Sano Black Clawson 3-Roll Stack. (3) Approximate 20" Diameter x 48" wide pneumatically adjustable chrome plated cored rolls. Rolls chain driven by a 7.5hp gear motor. Includes a control panel. (1) Cooling skid with approximate 10' long roller cooling conveyor, (3) Thermal Care AquaTherm RA series temperature controllers, model RA095004.

(1) Sano Black Clawson pull roll stand with (2) approximate 8'' diameter x 48" wide pneumatically adjustable rubber rolls, driven by a 2hp gear motor.

(1) Chicago Electric rewind roll stand, approximate 46" wide with tensioning rolls, operator panel and control panel.
