2003 Leistritz ZSE 40mm co-rotating twin screw extruder

Used Leistritz twin screw pelletizing line consisting of the following items:

- Leistritz 40mm 36/1 L/D co-rotating twin screw extruder. Model ZSE-40HP-36D, serial #3267, new 2003. Equipped with (9) barrel sections and closed loop barrel cooling system. Driven by 63 kw, 460 volt AC motor supplying 600 rpm screw speed. Includes operator controls and VFD motor control. Barrel sections are water cooled and have an open vent on barrel #8, Combi barrel (vent &/or side feeder) on barrel #5, and closed vent section on barrel #4.

- (2) Brabender gravimetric feeder with controls.

- Strand die 6 hole strand die.

- Water bath with closed loop system.

- Air knife 6.75" wide.

- 6" Cumberland Quietizer, serial #326050-B-90013. Has 36 knife helical style rotor.

- Witte classifier, serial #3714. 10" x 72" 2 deck design.

- Conair vacuum receiver with 5 hp blower.

- Miscellaneous spare parts.
