Line consists of (9) extruders including:
(4) 60mm diameter
(3) 50mm diameter
(2) 70mm diameter
Each extruder equipped with water cooled AC motor, Inonex gravimetric feeder and slide plate screen changer.
Equipped with stationary 21" (550mm) blown film die, in-tower treater, and rotating 98" wide (2500mm) nip roll assembly
Downstream is a dual surface winder capable of 47" o.d. finish roll (1200mm). Line last in use at 1100 lbs. per hour. Line capable of processing PP, PE, PA, EVOH Barrier, PS and AA. Is equipped with "Turbo Clean" dosing system which allows quick change of formulation.
The universal line of high performance blown films for demanding applications.
The machine is a film extrusion facility with a film winder. Its purpose is to manufacture flexible multilayer films (barrier films) of thermoplastic.
The machine is suitable for processing the following raw materials:
• Polypropylene (PP)
• Polyethylene (PE)
• Polyamide (PA)
• Barrier material (e.g. EVOH)
• Polystyrene (PS)
• Adhesive agents (AA)
The machine cannot process the following materials:
• synthetic materials containing chlorine such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
• toxic raw materials
• explosive raw materials
The Line is equipped with 9 extruders. One of the “E” extruders has a specific spindle design, which allows EVOH layers from 1 micron.
The line is equipped with a TURBO-CLEAN dosing system, which allows a quick change of formulation.
The modular line is prepared to include an MDO.
It has a parallel INOEX gravimetric dosing system and hoppers.
