Used Davis Standard / Xaloy 6″ pelletizing line consisting of: One (1) Davis Standard model 60IN60TPTH 6″ extruder having a 34:1 L/D ratio with a seven (7) zone electrically, heated, water cooled (closed loop), and vented barrel at a 42″centerline. Serial Number 0022356-1-1. Oversized (8″) Gearbox is direct driven in a wrap-around manner by a 500 HP D/C motor with Siemens Simoreg Microprocessor SCR control mounted in a stand-alone enclosure. Gearbox has a reduction ratio of 11.304:1 and is rated at 1050 HP at a service factor of 1.5. Liquid cooling system with heat exchanger for gearbox protection. Stand-alone control panel with sixteen (16) zones of Eurotherm model 2408 digital temperature controllers with separate stand-alone panel having Barber Coleman contactors. Manufactured 9/2011. Complete gearbox rebuilt by Texas Extrusion Services 4/2022

Xaloy model EH-80SH hydraulic slide plate screen changer having two (2) nominal 8″ diameter breaker plates. Mounted on a stand. Serial number EH80-180. Includes 3 HP 230/460-volt hydraulic pump with 1155 cubic inch capacity accumulator.

Xaloy model WRP-35S Water Ring Pelletizing system with 3 HP Cutting Head mounted on a stand, water reservoir with two (2) 1.5 HP water pumps, 7.5 HP slurry pump, 5 HP Spin Dryer, and control panel. Serial number VB1057. Also includes 48 x 48 x 50.5″ pellet bin with 2.5″ OD vacuum take off. Bin is mounted on locking casters. Includes new cutter hub.
